We do not sell Your personal information.

We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, SMS delivery, email delivery, scheduling tools, and analytics providers, is permitted only as necessary for them to perform services on Our behalf. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share Your personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • For legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or if necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, and security of Stackhouse Management LLC, Our users, or others.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Your Choices

SMS Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After You send STOP, We may send a confirmation message and You will no longer receive SMS messages from Us unless You opt back in.

Email Opt-Out

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the email or by contacting Us directly.

Access, Correction, and Deletion

You may contact Us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Your personal information, subject to applicable law.
